Can I use Yotako for free?

Correct - You can use Yotako for free, forever, (yourcompany.yotako.io) and only upgrade to a paid plan to unlock great features, or to host & publish your website. (yourcompany.com)
No credit card is required. No trial period. No coding experience is needed.

How long are your contracts?

A Yotako subscription is easy to start - and end - whenever you need it. We have both monthly and yearly subscriptions. It all depends on your need & budget.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade your Yotako plan at any time in your dashboard. 

How can I pay for my plans?

You can pay for your brand new website plan, add-ons, and domains with all the major credit or debit cards, or use PayPal! We use Stripe as a payment processor.

Which plan should I use?

-Free plan: You can use this if you want to build websites & learn your design skills, grow your portfolio, and so on. You can share it with your colleagues and clients, or just have it in your dashboard if you want to go live.

- Paid plans: The paid plans allow you to host your website with Yotako and get it live on the web using your professional domain. Benefit from all the features on our pricing page, depending on your paid plan package & enjoy the entire experience of creating great websites - minus the technical hassle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription whenever you want. Just go inside your settings under the billing section you can delete the account or suspend or…

What happens after I cancel my subscription?

If you decide to cancel your subscription, your website will be unavailable to the public.
However, you can still keep the Yotako subdomain (yourcompany.yotako.io) with all the websites you created under the subdomains.
To delete your account, go to account settings and use the “delete my account” option. Once deleted, you will no longer have any access to your account.

Yes! As a Yotako customer, you have access to Professional Email, a fully-featured hosted email service we offer in addition to domain registration. You can also set up free email forwarding or use our Google Workspace integration to administrate your emails.

How long does it take to go live with my website?

Your freshly created website is live whenever you set it as public in your dashboard. You can keep your website private until you have gone through all the checklists and if you are ready, just click on publish.

Do I need yet another web host?

Nope! All Yotako plans come with our fully-managed best-in-class hosting service, ensuring your website stays safe, secure, and up and running at all times. (Unless there is a global internet shortage).

Are some Adobe XD design elements not currently supported?

Show

For a few of them yes. If you notice something you designed missing in your WordPress website, feel free to reach to us and we will happily have a look. Two could be the reasons. First, a feature that is not exposed to plugins by Adobe XD. In this case, most of the time we can find a way to help you with this, so please, contact us. The second reason could be a feature we are currently working on. If that's the case, we can also find a way most of the time to help you out. Just get in touch with us and we will do our best!

I have an AppSumo coupon, can I use it?

Yes, you can. We are working hand in hand with users having AppSumo coupons to help them take the most converting their Adobe XD designs to WordPress. If that's your case, please write us to hello at yotako.io indicating your coupon code and our Customer Success team will contact you in the best possible delay.

How long my Preview last?

Previews are available for 24h. You are free to share the links during that period of time. After that, your preview will be deleted.

If you want to keep the preview longer you can publish it with a free account so it does not get deleted.
